What are other characteristics of our “Ideal Client”?

Last, but not least, our “Ideal Client” has a minimum net worth of $1 million or, is on the fast track to having a $1 million net worth. We have found that clients with a net worth of $1 million, or who are on the fast track to having a $1 million net worth, tend to derive the greatest value from working with Bergland Wealth Management. While we do not enforce a minimum asset level, we do have a minimum retainer fee.

How can this be? Because, as your partner, we:

  1. Put your unique comprehensive financial plan in writing and in the process remove the many expensive head winds standing between you and your chosen harbor. Some examples: conflicts of interests, excessive portfolio turnover, excessive costs, commissions, 12b-1 fees, surrender fees, lack of professional training, poor diversification– to name just a few. These, and others, put a needless drag on your ability to get where you want to go.
  2. Once your Plan is written, we then coordinate and monitor all pieces of your plan, coaching and guiding you as your partner (lighthouse) into your chosen harbor. There is nothing better than seeing a plan when it comes together and the twinkle in your eye. You know it, we know it. It is priceless. You cannot put a price tag on it. That is when the Ideal Client says, “You know, you really don’t charge enough.” But it takes a Win/Win Relationship – “Partnership” – for this to happen. With us, it happens with our Ideal Clients.
